Report Video Access Issues for Subscribed Users

Submit a ticket below if you have video access issues with your active subscription.

 

• Please make sure that all details are accurate and correct.

• Double check that you are logging into the site with the correct email address (about half of users with issues were just logging into the wrong email address)

• If you started your subscription in 2024, try accessing videos at our Classic Members page before submitting a ticket. Some old users will have to use the classic page.

• Ticket will be replied to in about 1 business day (Mon - Fri)
